Installation:
1, Open the separator back cover , ready to install the steel wire
2, Loose screw of the left side on the roller,twine 2-3 rounds wire on it and then tighten screw.
3, Turn to "Run" and twist device to "Low"
4, Choose "Manual"
5, Click "Turn Left"
6, Twist switch on the left side gently, after auto-rotating 20-30 rounds wire, twist device to "Low"
7, Let wire through the pulley on the left and right
8, Hold the roller after wire through the pulley on the right tightly. This is important.
9, Twine 1 round on the right side of roller and then tighten the right side screw.
10, After that, choose"Turn Right" 
11, Adjust the switch speed gently, roller start auto-rotating and pulling wire from left side to right side. Once the wire on both aide are balance, turn switch to "Low", the device will stop. The wire installation finished.

Operation:
1, Open the separator power switch,temperature could be set. Suggest set to 80-90 degrees.(The factory default settings is 90 degrees); No need to set time, it is factory setting.   
2, Adjust to "Automatic",turn black switch to "O". (As the photo shows)
3, Turn the switch  to "Run",twine to 5 speed (red light) for cutting. (As the photo shows)
4, Put no-slip mat on the heating pad, holes aligned. (As the photo shows)
5, Put the broken screen on the middle of the platform, face-down the glass side. Adjust the micrometer on the both side. Down the wire and let it press on the glass.
6, Heating first for 2-3 mins,click start button and machine start to work automatically. After the stable vac-sorb, start to push the platform slowly for separating.
7, To avoid the wire broken , please slowly push platform forward with low strength. Screen could be taken out after several round cuttings. Then close the vacuum pump.
