Q: How to apply a refund?
A: Once the PI has been confirmed and your ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be accepted. But we will refund you in time if there is any products out of stock or quality rejected.
Q: What kind of warranty you offer?
A: Normally, we provide 3-6 months warranty for our products. If there is any quality issue, please contact us for details asap!
Q: Can you help to fix the LCD which has been damaged by us?
A: Yes, we can try to fix it for you, but the LCD is very easy to be damage during fixing, we don't offer any refund and exchange for that.
PS: Please note that there is no warranty if the following status happened:
1. Man-Made damage, NO warranty!
2. Please test the LCD before install. Once the items had been installed and there are scratches or damage on screen, NO warranty!
3. The returned goods must be in their original status, we only exchange the faulty parts which is really with quality problem caused by us, please keep our stamp/label on our products, if not, NO warranty!
